Vintage White Hobnail Milk Glass Jergens Lotion Pump Bottle

In good, clean condition.  The pump isn't picking up water, though the tension feels correct.  Maybe it's a consistency issue.  Sold for decor only, as I'm uncertain on the action of the pump.
