Antique Victorian Shell Art Seashell Mermaid Wall Mirror or Sailors Valentine
Shells and pieces of coral glued to a heavy wooden frame that features an oval cutout for the mirror. There’s gold ribbon (or something like ribbon) glued around the perimeter of the mirror and frame. This may have originally been a frame and the mirror was added later (just a guess). Either way, the glass appears to be old, thick/heavy, blemished from wear and tear.

Condition
Good. Minor wear and tear and some dust throughout that’s consistent with normal use and age. The gold ribbon is faded and dusty. Age-related wear to the glass, e.g., cloudy, marks, scratches, etc. A few missing shells circled in last photo. No chips or cracks to the glass.
